To participate you need a computer (or laptop) with microphone. Webcam is necessary.
Learn 20 or more new verbs every week. We will write, talk and conjugate the verbs of different topics. Between the lessons you get “Homework”. That is an email with texts, exercises and more about each topic we have covered.
You will learn vocabulary related to these topics:
- Rakennusala
- Liikunta ja urheilu
- syksy ja kaamos
- Hoitaminen
Language of tuition: mostly Finnish, but explanations in English if needed.
Level B1 and up. Prepares for YKI 3-4.

The course was short but effective. I really liked having specific topics, as it made it easier to focus on expanding my vocabulary in each area. I learned many new verbs and found the lessons clear and useful. There were also plenty of opportunities to speak Finnish during the lessons.
The homework was interesting and helped me practise and remember the verbs we learned in class.
I really enjoyed this course and would definitely recommend it to other Finnish learners.
