WHAT IS IT LIKE? 

My teaching methods are interactive. During the lessons you will speak Finnish starting from day one. I will have slides for presentations, we will watch videos, you will write, we will play online games, you will share your screen, I will share mine. The lessons are easygoing and relaxed and we are coequal. I believe that you want to be able to use Finnish language in real world situations accurately and appropriately. Therefore, we will use Finnish as much as possible.

Every lesson I will teach you new vocabulary and grammar. And, you can ask me any questions about Finnish language or Finnish studies.The more you know Finnish, the more you will use Finnish with me.

Between lesson, we will be in touch by email, WhatsApp and/or Sms. Once you are my student, we will be in contact by email and WhatsApp. We can chat regularly, mostly in Finnish. I will give you homework, but you decide how much time you are able to put to your studies.

The better I get to know you, the better we will work to achieve your long-time goal. On the way, I will also set short term goals that keep you motivated. You can study at your own pace, using any material that you prefer. And I am happy to suggest text books or other material, too.

If after the first lesson you’d choose not to continue, you will pay for the one lesson only. No binding commitments.
