You can cancel your order 6 days before the course starts. Write your email and purchase order here.  

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email. The confirmation includes the cancelled order and the date and time the request was received. Keep the message as proof.

Anyone who has placed an order in our shop. You’ll need your order number and the email address used on the order.

Course order can be cancelled at the latest 6 days before the course starts.

You’ll immediately receive an email confirming we received your request. We’ll process the cancellation and refund your payment to your original payment method without undue delay.

You can still send the request. It will be routed to us for manual handling, and we’ll contact you if needed.

Yes. You can also cancel with a free-form notice (for example by email) or with a separate withdrawal form. This form doesn’t replace those options.

We’ll refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
